Just thought the girls looked cute today going to school--ok, I think they always look cute. I'm trying to update this frequently for Tim as well!

While Daddy's Away, The Girls Will Play!!

We ventured out in search of a pumpkin patch (apparently, they are hard to find in SC!!). We found a cool farm that had a hayride and swings and animals to feed and a pumpkin patch! We even got to give the cows treats and they came right up to the tractor! Cows have LARGE tongues!! :) The girls weren't too sure of the cows, but they liked the hay!

Disney On Ice

Madelyn is in love with the Cinderella story. She could hardly contain her excitement when Cinderella came out, she just kept clapping!

Disney On Ice

I had a coupon for 50% off tickets for Disney on ice so we took the girls to it this morning. It was really cute and the girls absolutely loved it! It was more like the little girl princess convention, but you could see the magic in their eyes! We are definitely into the whole Disney Princess phenomenon! :)

Puppy Love

The girls have changed so much around Molly. They used to scream as loud as they could whenever a small animal would cross their paths---now, Makenzie is reading a book to a dog on her bed! Who'd have ever guessed?!? Madelyn is still not too sure, but Makenzie does a good job making sure Molly is behaving around her!

New addition to our family!

So I've had this puppy bug for some time now, don't ask me why! Anyway, found this adorable little cockapoo (cocker spaniel and poodle mix) and fell in love! We got her Friday night. She's about 7 weeks old and we've named her Molly. The girls are doing great with her and Makenzie is such a big helper taking care of her. (Don't you love her pink polka dot collar the girls picked out!) She is a super sweet dog and we are having a lot of fun with her. Besides, taking her out every 20 minutes keeps my mind off Tim being gone for 5 weeks! :)

Fall Festival

The AFB put on a Fall Festival today (Saturday). The girls had a lot of fun. Everything was free and they had games, pictures, contests, hayrides, face painting, bar-b-que, and even a DJ. It was a fun time. bot girls went as Snow White because, as you know, everything has to be the same when you're 2 and 3! :) Madelyn was so funny when she was running, she'd lift up her dress.
