Sights from Charleston

Just some cool pictures from Chucktown...

Makenzie's Real Birthday

we took Makenzie to one of our favorite seafood restaurants. She's not a seafood eater, but we also wanted to have a really nice family dinner before Tim left!

Show Me Your Muscles!!!

Daddy Time

The girls reading "Twas the night before Christmas" with Daddy.

Christmas Eve

We have a tradition that on Christmas Eve we get to open one package each and one family package. They are always new pajamas and a new game.

Making Cookies for Santa

The girls and daddy had a great time making and decorating cookies for Santa! We left him a plate with cookies and carrots and a glass of milk by the fireplace.

Random Cuteness...

Makenzie's 4th Birthday Party

Even though it's a crazy time of year, we really wanted to have a birthday party for Makenzie while Tim was still around. So, we managed to throw together a Lightning McQueen birthday party for her. We made a craft, had bithday cupcakes and opened lots of goodies! I can't believe my little tiny 5 pound baby is now 4 years old!!

Holiday Festival of Lights

We met up with some friends to attend the Festival of Lights. It's 9 miles (I think) of these huge light displays that you drive through, then you can walk through a forest with more lights, and, of course, Santa is there as well! We roasted marshmallows and made smores, sat with Santa, rode the carousel and had a great time! By the way, Makenzie also got her hair cut!

Molly Gets a Haircut!

Warning: Extremely cute dog in picture...could lead to dogitis with resulting urges for a new puppy...highly contagious. Read at own risk.

Our Statue

Sure, these pictures may look like Makenzie performing in a school Christmas play, OR, is it just a statue that doesn't move through the whole thing???

I take that back, she DID move once, when there was a clap coming on one of the songs, she put her hands on her ears. Then, right back to statue pose. Maybe next year....
Too bad I can't get her to STOP talking at home!
