Eating Across Savannah

We decided to take a day trip to Savannah while my mom was still here (I'll post France pictures as soon as I can figure out how to get them off the laptop!!). Anyway, it's about a 2 hour drive down there. By the time we got there, it was time for lunch, BUT, our reservations at Paula Deen's restaurant (The Lady and Sons) was not till 2:30. So we had to eat a small "lunch" and then have "dinner" about an hour later! Makenzie and Madelyn just split chocolate mousse for lunch, they thought that was a pretty good deal!!

Super Silly Sunday

A "normal" day at the Kipp's--we had a great time just being together as a family this weekend. I love the quote "We may not have it all together, but together, we have it all." Makenzie really enjoys playing on the computer these days (she's already smarter than us).

Need your opinion

Ok, so I posted my new hair cut a few days back. Now I'm trying it curly (with my dear friend who has similar hair, we are trying to recreate Carrie's do on Sex and the City, season 5). Which do you like better? Sorry again for the extreme close ups! :) Also, I've got to brag on my sweet husband who gave me that beautiful necklace I'm wearing--it has 7 diamonds for the 7 years we've been married. Can't wait till the 50th anniversary! LOL.

Play Date

Just being silly with the camera while we were playing with Samantha and Ricky Reimer tonight. At one point, all 4 kids were playing with the Fisher Price Barn, and no one was screaming! It was amazing! They are wonderful kids.

Anniversary

We celebrated our 7th Anniversary and went out on the town (ok, we went to a nice dinner, then were going to catch a movie, but the next one didn't start till 9:55 which was WAY too late for us! ) :)
